John P. Giordano is an Audit Partner and serves as the Long Island region's Market Managing Partner for Citrin Cooperman, a full service national top-20 CPA and Advisory firm. In addition, John is also the National Co-Practice Leader of the firm's Manufacturing and Distribution Industry vertical. He has over two decades of experience providing accounting and assurance services for middle-market businesses and their owners. His clients span the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce, and service industries, which has given John extensive experience servicing closely held businesses. He serves as a specialist and go-to resource for his clients and within the firm. John is actively involved in leadership and/or advisory roles within the Hauppauge Industrial Association as its Co-Chair of the Manufacturing & International Trade Commission, as well as IGNITE, a Long Island manufacturing consortium where he serves on its Board of Directors. John is also a proud member of the Long island Elite and has been actively philanthropic throughout his entire career. He is a previous LIBN "40underFourty" honoree, as well as an LIBN "Executive Circle Award" recipient.


John and his wife and 3 children live in Bellmore, NY where they are active in town and school sports, boating, golf and huge Islander's and Met's fans. Personally, events in recent years have resulted in John and his family to have very close ties to the programs and services that FCA, the LIE's 2026 Charity Partner, also serve and combat. For this reason, John is very proud and humbled to be honored in this way and given the opportunity to make a lasting impact on such a Long Island charity and worthy cause.
